Empowering refugees and immigrants.

Starts with a dream

Our dream is to see refugees and immigrants living full lives in thriving communities, where all are welcomed and not just standing on the outside looking in. Through the love of Christ, we will empower refugees and immigrants to live full lives in their new communities and coach churches in loving their immigrant neighbors.

Building Bridges

Fear of the unknown has created walls between many immigrants and their new neighbors. We desire to break down the walls and barriers that separate and help build bridges between communities where both groups can be blessed.

Coaching

Coaching is at the core of what we do. Whether it is our cultural coaches helping a new immigrant navigate life in America (jobs, schools, English, citizenship, etc.) or coaches helping churches understand and welcome their new neighbors, we are all about coaching. Why coaching? Because coaches first listen, and then help someone reach their full potential. We want to see new Americans and churches be all that God wants them to be.

Current Cities

Currently, International Network works in Clarkston (GA), Detroit, Lancaster (PA), and Minneapolis. We hope to continue to expand our work to other small and large cities in the coming years.

Our Values

Empowerment

It is easy to create dependency when working with those from vulnerable communities. We will strive to empower people to be self-sufficient so that they can contribute to their own well-being and to that of their community. We also want to see churches empowered so that they can decide the best ways to serve the immigrant communities around them.

Relationships

We are all about building relationships with people. People are made in the image of God and need to be treated as such. While we use programs to help empower people, our focus is on the individual person, their needs and growth.

Collaboration

Our work cannot be accomplished in isolation. As a part of a diverse community, we desire to work with churches, donors, volunteers, schools and other organizations to leverage our resources for the good of those in the community.
